Our perception of John R Wood Realty is based solely on the experience we had with Linda Davis and the extent of advertising on a variety of realty websites. In short, Linda was tremendous. She knew how to expeditiously and effectively resolve our questions and concerns based on her knowledge, experience, and the contacts she has made both within the Palmetto Palms community and the real estate services industry. What’s equality important has been her patience and willingness to work with us to resolve any hesitancies we may have had along the way, and helping us achieve the needed peace of mind in our purchase decision. Since completing the closing on our property, we have have not hesitated to recommend Linda and John R. Wood Realty on a number of websites as well as direct handoff of her business card to those inquiring about real estate services, including the property manager at Palmetto Palms to share with others. We are excited about our recent purchase and cannot express enough the pleasurable experience in working with Linda Davis.
